LIGHT ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS. IN THE NORTH AND IN THE GREATER PART OF THE CENTRAL ADRIATIC LOCAL GUSTS OF NE, IN THE OPEN SEA OF NW WIND, 35-55 KNOTS. SEA IN THE OPEN OF THE NORTH AND CENTRAL ADRIATIC DURING THE NIGHT 4-5.

SYNOPSIS

A low, centred over southern Italy, with associated frontal disturbance is slowly shifting southeastwards.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

In the North and in the greater part of the Central Adriatic NE, in the open sea NW wind, 10-20, in places up to 28 knots. Elsewhere SE and SW, turning to NE and NW wind 8-18 knots. Sea 2-3, in the North and Central Adriatic increasing to 3-4, locally in the open during the night to 4-5. Visibility 10-20 km. Variably or mainly cloudy with scattered rain and with a risk of isolated rain showers with thunder.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE NEXT 12 HOURS

During the night and in the morning still a risk of rain in places, but clearing is expected during the forenoon. Moderate, in places up to strong NE, in the open sea NW wind. Sea smooth or slight, in the open up to moderate. Air temperatures will warm up a little.
